On March 30 this year, Bulat Sarsenbayev, Chairman of the Board of the N. Nazarbayev Center for Development of Interfaith and Inter-civilization Dialogue, met with Askar Abdrakhmanov, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize themselves with the main activities and international events of the Center dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as discussing issues of preparation for the XIX meeting of the Congress Secretariat in 2021 and the VII congress of leaders of world and traditional religions in 2022.
It is necessary to overtake that at present N. Nazarbayev Center for Development of Interfaith and Inter-civilization Dialogue has been strengthened targeted information and imaging work on widely informing the population on key areas of activity of the Center, promoting the ideas of the congress of the leaders of world and traditional religions at the international level, active preparatory work of the Center for XIX Secretariat of the congress in 2021, as well as to the next VII congress of leaders and world traditional religions in 2022.
The Chairman of the Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center Bulat Sarsenbayev stressed that the Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional religions is a unique dialogue platform that has received international recognition and has become an important element of the global intergovernmental dialogue.
"The upcoming XIX Secretariat and the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions are events not only country, but global. It is gratifying that events that have such ideological importance and global priority find comprehensive support. It is very important through popularization on the pages of domestic and international media to convey to the population, the world community the true importance of the goals and objectives of the congress of the leaders of world and traditional religions," said Bulat Sarsenbayev, Chairman of the Board of the N. Nazarbayev Center.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed on specific cooperation in conducting and informational support of international events of the Center, the XIX Secretariat of the Congress, the VII Congress of the Leaders and World Traditional Religions and coverage in the world media initiatives of the first referee of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev in promotion the unique Kazakhstan model of interfaith consent, as well as the participation of parties in joint international events, the exchange of information on the preservation and provision of interfaith and inter-civilization dialogue.
