On April 1, 2026, Gulsana Kozhabay, Chair of the Board of the International Center for Interfaith and Interreligious Dialogue, met with George Panamthundil, Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The parties discussed key aspects of bilateral cooperation aimed at strengthening spiritual harmony and promoting humanistic values.
During the meeting, particular emphasis was placed on preparations for the II Joint Colloquium, scheduled to take place on the eve of the XXIV Session of the Secretariat of the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions.
Following the meeting, both parties expressed mutual interest in deepening their partnership and signaled their readiness to implement collaborative initiatives aimed at bolstering global interreligious dialogue.
