Chairman of the Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center Bulat Sarsenbayev held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Kazakhstan Khairulla Ibodzoda

On April 29 of this year, a working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center for development of interfaith and intercivilizational dialogue Bulat Sarsenbayev with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan Khairulla Ibodzoda took place.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the state and prospects of bilateral relations on interfaith and interreligious cooperation, and also emphasized the importance of global initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy N. Nazarbayev in matters of spiritual convergence of cultures and civilizations.

The Chairman of the Board of the N. Nazarbayev Center  Bulat Sarsenbayev dwelled on the goals and plans of holding at a high level the XIX meeting of the Secretariat of the Congress this year and the next VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in 2022, and also informed about the upcoming international events of the Center for the 30th anniversary Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Continuing the conversation, the Head of the N.Nazarbayev Center stressed that Tajikistan is a reliable partner of Kazakhstan in preserving the well-being and developing interfaith dialogue aimed at strengthening the spiritual unity and friendship of peoples.

In turn, Ambassador Khairulla Ibodzoda expressed confidence that thanks to joint efforts, the multifaceted Kazakh-Tajik cooperation will reach new heights in establishing peace and harmony, and also confirmed further support for the international platform - the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions and international events of the Center.

Following the meeting, Bulat Sarsenbayev invited the Ambassador of Tajikistan to take part in the upcoming international online conference «Neighborliness of Cultures in the 21st Century of Central Asian Countries», which will be held on May 20 this year within the framework of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence.
