Personal invitations of Head of Senate of the Parliament of the RK, Head of the Secretariat of the Congress of leaders of world and traditional religions Kairat Mami for Patriarch Theophilus III of Jerusalem, Sephardi chief rabbi Shlomo Amar and Ashkenazi chief rabbi Yona Metzger to participate in work of IV Congress of religious leaders were sent by Vice speaker of Senate Alexander Sudyin.
Issues of promotion of intercultural and interreligious dialogue, development of global cooperation and mutual understanding between peoples and states were discussed during the meeting of A. Sudyin with Patriarch of Jerusalem, chief rabbi of Israel.
Exchange of opinions regarding issues of further activation of Interparliamentary dialogue took place at the meeting of A. Sudyin with Israeli Knesset Deputy Speaker Jacob Edri, chairman of the League of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Association “Kazakhstan – Israel” Faina Kirshenbaum.
A. Sudyin noticed the importance of interparliamentary aspect in development of interstate relations and emphasized the contribution of Israeli counterparts in strengthening ties between highest representative bodies of Kazakhstan and Israel.
At the meeting with vice Prime Minister, Minister of foreign affairs of SI Avigdor Lieberman, A. Sudyin told about the situations of this year’s Message and objectives, pointed out by Head of the state in sphere of industrialization of Kazakhstani economy and social modernization.
Vice speaker of Senate also was a part of diplomatic seminar named “Kazakhstan and Central Asia” as a Guest of honour and made a speech in front of cadets of the Institute of training courses to the MFA of Israel with a report about achievements of Kazakhstan for 20 years of Independence.
