On April 29, 2025, Astana hosted an international roundtable, «Eurasian Dialogue: Kazakhstan in Search of New Horizons», organized by the "International Center for Geopolitical Forecasting «East-West» Public Foundation.
The event convened diplomatic representatives from Central Asian states and Russia, alongside prominent experts and researchers in international relations. Bolat Sarsenbayev, Advisor to the Chairman of the Central Board, represented the International Center for Interfaith and Interreligious Dialogue.
The roundtable aimed to foster expert discussion within the Eurasian space and promote deeper cooperation between Central Asian countries and Russia in political, economic, humanitarian, and security spheres.
Bolat Sarsenbayev's speech highlighted the pivotal role of Kazakhstan's Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, with a presentation titled "The Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions is a unique platform for interfaith dialogue." He emphasized the key aspects of the VIII Congress and its importance in the context of current global challenges.
The key outcome of the event was the participants' agreement on the critical need to prioritize the principles of cooperation, equality, and good neighborliness between Central Asian countries and Russia in response to the instability of international relations.
