On December 13 2023, Chairman of the Management Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center for the Development of Interfaith and Intercivilization Dialogue B.Sarsenbayev met with Chairman of the NGO "Uzbek Ethno-Cultural Center of Astana" Sh.Pulatov.
During the meeting, B.Sarsenbayev, as the Commissioner for Promoting the Goals and Objectives of the Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, noted the key provisions of the "Concept of Development of the Congress for 2023-2033", adopted by the participants of the XXI Secretariat and the importance of the Congress and its institutions in the development of interreligious and intercultural dialogue. It was emphasized that the Concept provides an updated vision for the development of the forum in the coming years by uniting the efforts of religious leaders to solve the most acute problems of mankind. Speaking about the importance of promoting this document in Kazakhstan and abroad, the Chairman of the Management Board shared the plans of the Centre aimed at implementing the mission, goals and final documents of the Congress.
Within the framework of the bilateral meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation in the field of interreligious and intercultural dialogue.
