Representatives of leading foreign media visited N. Nazarbayev Center for Development of Interfaith and Inter-Civilization Dialogue

On April 27, 2023, the press tour organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev Center for Development of Interfaith and Inter-Civilization Dialogue was visited by the chief editor, Journalists of leading international publications, news agencies including: “1news.az” (Azerbaijan), “Ammon News” (Jordan), “Rai News 24” (Italy), “Lithuanian Tribune” (Lithuania), “Zune meade” (Mongolia), “Pakistan in the world”, “Daily Azkaar” (Pakistan), “STV Info Media” (Serbia), “ASIA-Plus” (Tajikistan), “Aksham”, “Channel 24 TV” (Turkey), “Uzbekistan 24” (Uzbekistan), “Conflit” (France).

Greeting foreign guests, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center D.Yessenova acquainted journalists with key areas of the Center’s activity, told about the main historical event of 2022 in the country and the world - Holding in the capital of Kazakhstan the VII Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, as well as the significance of the Declaration adopted at the end of the Congress.

In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Centre shared information on the progress of preparations for the upcoming anniversary XXI Session of the Secretariat of the Congress, which will be held in October 2023.

In their turn, media representatives emphasized Kazakhstan’s ideology of peace, unity and harmony, which allowed the country to build its own model of interfaith harmony.

At the end of the meeting, a tour of the Museum of Peace and Reconciliation was organized for journalists.
