On March 31, 2026, a training seminar on the topic “Anti-Corruption Compliance and Business Ethics” was held at the NJSC “International Center for Interfaith and Interreligious Dialogue”.
During the event, the employees of the Center were informed about the key requirements of the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the role and functions of the compliance officer, as well as the provisions of the Code of Business Ethics approved by the decision of the Board of Directors.
Special attention was paid to issues related to compliance with professional ethics standards, prevention of corruption risks and conflicts of interest, as well as the formation of a respectful, inclusive, and ethical corporate environment, taking into account the specifics of interfaith and interreligious interaction.
The participants discussed practical aspects of maintaining integrity and responsible conduct in professional and public environments, including adherence to ethical standards in social media and interaction with citizens and partners.
Following the seminar, recommendations were developed aimed at strengthening the anti-corruption culture, improving employees’ legal awareness, and enhancing the internal compliance system of the Center.
