15 – 17 October in Ningbo, Counsellor of the International center for Interfaith and Interreligious dialogue B. Sarsenbayev took a part in the Sixth world Buddhist forum.
The Sixth World Buddhist Forum was held in October 15 to 17, 2024 at Mount Xuedou in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. Under the theme of “Hand in Hand for Coexistence”. The forum discussed issues related to the spiritual culture of Buddhism, as well as the social responsibility of religious leaders, equality and the idea of humanistic Buddhism in the world.
The forum was attended by 100 delegations from more than 73 countries. As a result, the participants adopted a declaration.
