On December 28 of this year, Chairman of the Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center for the Development of Interfaith and Intercivilizational Dialogue B.Sarsenbayev met with Chairman of the NGO "Armenian Ethnocultural Center - VAN" S.Salumyan.
During the meeting, B.Sarsenbayev, as the Commissioner for the Promotion of the goals and objectives of the Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, noted the importance of implementing the " Development Concept of the Congress for 2023-2033", adopted by the participants of the XXI Secretariat, and also stressed the mechanisms for promoting the mission of the Congress at the global level.
In turn, S.Salumyan noted that the initiative of Kazakhstan to promote dialogue between world and traditional religions has opened up new opportunities for productive cooperation between government, public and religious figures from various countries of the world.
По итогам встречи собеседники обсудили широкий круг вопросов двустороннего сотрудничества и обозначили приоритетные направления дальнейшего взаимодействия в сфере межкультурного и межрелигиозного диалога.
Following the meeting, parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and outlined priority areas for further cooperation in the field of intercultural and interreligious dialogue.
