On December 21, 2022, on the sidelines of the First Central Asian Media Forum in Astana, Bulat Sarsenbayev, Chairman of the Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center for the Development of Interfaith and Intercivilizational Dialogue, met with Kürşad Zorlu, a well-known political scientist, columnist of the Habertürk newspaper, and Duisen Kasseinov, ex-Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY).
During the meeting, B. Sarsenbayev acquainted the guests with the key activities of the Center, told about the main historical event of 2022 in the country and in the world - the holding of the VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in the capital of Kazakhstan. In particular, he shared the main principles of the Declaration adopted at the end of the Congress aimed at strengthening dialogue and cooperation in the modern world.
Expressing gratitude, foreign experts noted the importance of further collaboration and cooperation in the interfaith sphere.

On December 20-21 this year, Astana hosts the First Central Asian Media Forum, organized by the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on topical issues of the media sphere, the measurement of regional identity, the development of new media, artificial intelligence technologies in the industry, opportunities for regional and global cooperation to ensure information security.
