  • Recruitment, registration, support and reporting of the Center's personnel.
  • Labor legislation and internal regulations compliance monitoring.
  • Personnel document management, employment files, timekeeping, employment contracts and vacations.
  • Organization of work of selection board and disciplinary commissions.
  • Upskilling and development of personnel, internship and training planning.
  • Analysis of the rationales of staff turnover, discipline and movement.
  • Interaction with government entities and structural divisions on personnel issues.
