- Labor legislation and internal regulations compliance monitoring.

- Organization of work of selection board and disciplinary commissions.
- Upskilling and development of personnel, internship and training planning.
- Analysis of the rationales of staff turnover, discipline and movement.
- Interaction with government entities and structural divisions on personnel issues.
