Your Holiness!
Distinguished Heads of delegations!
Ladies and gentlemen!
The program of the Fourth Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions has been implemented fully within two days.
The constructive discussions were held at the plenary and breakout sessions.
The common approaches to important issues were developed for the global dialogue of cultures and religions.
The main goal of the forum was achieved and a joint statement of its participants was adopted.
There was a call filled with high spiritual meaning in this document.
The religious leaders appealed to all mankind to aspire to interaction, consent and peace, justice and creation for the future of our planet.
I am convinced that this appeal will be favourably apprehended not only by believers and followers of different creeds.
It will be heard by the broad public and political circles of the world community.
I cordially thank all the participants of the Fourth Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions for their constructive approach to the work of the forum.
And for your valuable ideas and suggestions imbued with a sincere concern for the welfare of the world.
Each of the speakers at the Congress called for tolerance, the deepening of global dialogue of religions and cultures.
I am deeply grateful to all for the positive value and support of my idea of G-GLOBAL.
We have discussed it with heads of delegations during our numerous bilateral meetings.
Our Congress has demonstrated that spiritual harmony is essential to the development of the world.
In the twenty-first century there is no and cannot exist.
The return to spirituality is the path to the basics of fair world order.
All religions have great moral force that can help humanity to make the right choice in the current critical time.
Here in Astana, at the Fourth Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions we have made a new step towards peace and harmony, global tolerance, mutual understanding and respect of religions have become the ideological values of people in the world in the twenty-first century.
Dear friends!
The unity of noble thoughts is the success of the common cause.
Our Congress has shown once again that all religions have many common tasks.
Firstly, it is necessary to stop the spread of the spiritual vacuum and overcome the threat of the crisis for moral values of humanity.
Here it is extremely important to educate high spirituality in young people, instilling strong immunity from the dangers of moral self-destruction.
Also the following values of targeted measures on strengthening of family traditions, the role of women in society and family have been increasing.
All these questions were first discussed at special sessions of our Congress.
I propose to continue this discussion and, under the aegis of the Council of Religious Leaders and our Congress to provide separate international online conference on moral education of children, adolescents and youth, support for family values.
Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the creative beginning of any society on the values of diligence, honesty and fairness.
In this respect, the importance of social doctrines have been growing up in many modern religions.
In my opinion, it would be important, where possible, be aligned with the state measures aimed at the growth of human potential, improving the quality of people's lives.
Thirdly, a peacekeeping force of religions is to contribute to the prevention of conflicts, intolerance and radicalism in all societies.
Therefore, it is important to share the experience of our Congress to the level of national States and individual regions of the world characterized by a rich ethno-religious diversity and the existing high potential of conflict.
It seems promising to study the question of the establishment of a special Commission under the Council of Religious Leaders in the future that would develop recommendations for the UN and all the concerned forums and States on overcoming global problems and reducing conflicts.
Fourthly, it is important to put a reliable barrier to the use of creeds for sowing discord within the multi-confessional societies, between nations and States.
It is not possible for the international terrorism and extremism to justify blasphemously their anti-human practices of any religious references.
It is important to conduct persistent work among the parishioners to explain the anti-religious and anti-human nature of terrorism and all forms of extremism.
Fifthly, it is important to cultivate respect for religions, their Holy places, feelings and traditions of the faithful in society.
The dialogue of religions is the only way to achieve tolerance in each society and throughout the world.
It is important to use to extend the dialog capabilities, including modern means of communication.
In this respect there are great hopes on the activities of the interactive areas of our forum.
During the Fourth Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in all of these five important issues found understanding.
They are all cut in the final Appeal of the participants of the forum.
And that gives us hope that a constructive dialogue of religions will be a critical component of the global world of the XXI century.
