OPENING OF PHOTO EXHIBITION DEDICATED TO WORLD RELIGIONS

On August 25, on the eve of the VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, photo exhibition dedicated to world religions will open in the Kazmedia Center. The exhibition was organized by the Nazarbayev Center for the Development of Interfaith and Intercivilizational Dialogue with the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main goal of the photo exhibition is to promote a tolerant worldview and respect for the religions and cultures of different peoples of the world, strengthening interfaith and intercultural dialogue, and consolidating joint responsibility in maintaining international peace and security. The photo exhibition reflects the unique Kazakh model of interfaith and interethnic harmony.

The exhibition will be available from August 25 to September 5 on the first floor at the Kazmedia Center.

The VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions will take place on September 14-15 in Nur-Sultan. The main theme of the VII Congress is “The role of the leaders of world and traditional religions in the spiritual and social development of humanity in the post-pandemic period.” Over 100 delegations from more than 50 countries of the world, including religious, political and public figures, will take part in the Congress.
